Several citizenships in Russia
According to the Russian Constitution the citizens of the Russian Federation can obtain two or more citizenships.
At the same time, the Russian citizens should use only Russian documents on the territory of Russia, e.g. when entering / leaving the country, when applying to the state authorities or for a job.
The Russians permanently residing in the Russian Federation are obliged to notify the Federal Migration Services of Russia about their receipt of the second citizenship within 60 days. Otherwise, they could be imposed a penalty of up to 200.000 rubles.
