Step 1: Create an account

Create an account or login with your Facebook details.  The registration process is fast and easy. You can add your listing only after login.  

Step 2:  Add your listing/s  

1. Click on “Add listing” button in the right upper corner and start placing your listing.
2. Choose the conditions of cooperating with us.
3. Enter all the offered fields for creating an effective and attractive apartment profile. 
4. Your listing will be activated by moderator within 24 hours. 

Step 3: Show your apartment to potential tenants

We will contact you as soon as someone gets interested in your apartment to discuss the candidate and the time for a visit.  Please, make sure your profile includes the correct contact details. 

Step 4: Sign a contract

If a client decides to rent your apartment, we will coordinate the negotiations, prepare and prepare a tenancy contract.  After you have signed the contract, we will be always available for a contact and will support you at any questions that occur between you and the tenant.
