Сonditions for property owners

VARIANT 1:
- You pay fee to the agency for finding a tenant/ lessee for your property and signing a tenancy/ lease contract with him:
- equal to 50% of one-month rent if you coopate on this object only with us;
- equal to 100% of one-month rent if you coopate on this object with other agencies.
In case you pay us the fee, it helps to find a client for your property much faster!
The fee is accepted by bank transfer according to the Services contract, it is a one-time payment.

Please, note: we only work with the rentals for 50.000 rubles per month and above.
VARIANT 2:
- You do not pay the fee to the agency.
In this case, we advertise your property with a fee for tenants on our website and other platforms agreed with you.
These terms apply to properties in the budget up to 75.000 rubles per month, and if your property is not advertised by you or other real estate agencies on other websites.
Please, note: we only work with rentals for 50.000 rubles per month and above.
