- arranging the meeting for signing the Agreement of advance payment
- checking the legal clarity of the chosen property
- drawing up the Purchase and Sale Agreement
- arranging the meeting of signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement
- organizing financial settlements between the buyer and seller
- taking the signed Purchase and Sale Agreement to the state authorities for registering
- arranging the meeting for the buyer to receive the Right of ownership
- signing the Acceptance act of the bought property and transferring the key to the new owner.

SELLING PROPERTY
When selling your property it is important to set the right price to be able to sell it in the planned time frame and with the maximum benefit.
The cost of the service:
- 3% of the property cost but not less than 200.000 rubles.
- The service is paid to the agency after the property has been sold

- your property cost evaluation
- defining the right advertising strategy and campaign implementation
- advertising your property in relevant advertising channels
- negotiating the price and conditions with the buyer/ his representative
- drawing up Purchase and Sale Agreement
