Head of Rentals department

We are looking for a professional to become a Head of our Apartment Rentals team.  If you think you are a good leader, ambitious about achieving high sales results, use innovative approaches and have a good sense of human relationship we will be happy to meet you and discuss your opportunities with us.

Job description:

• Develop annual Sales plan and take effective steps in achieving the set goals
• Educate and develop downline team members
• Expand customer database
• Participate in creating Marketing plan
• Participate in creating Loyalty club offers
• Participate in creating Services standards and optimizing business procedures

Requirements:

• At least three-year experience at corresponding position or as a successful rentals expert
• English knowledge
• Advanced internet and MS office user
• Presentable and communicable
