It is time to report about controlled foreign companies
We would like to remind that March 20, 2017 is the last day to submit the notification about controlled foreign companies. This notification must be submitted to Tax Inspection by all Russian residents (individuals and legal entities), who own a foreign company with the number of shares more than 10%.
The notification consists of the following data:
- general information about both controlling and controlled parties
- financial statement of the controlled company
- documents confirming payment of taxes in the country of its residence
Please note that the fine for not submitting the notification or for providing the invalid information is 100.000 RUB.
