New taxation rules for non-residents
We are glad to inform you that beginning 2019 there is a change in taxation rules connected to getting profit from selling property in Russia by non-residents:
- In case a non-resident sells his previously purchased property in 5 years after getting the ownership right, he does not have to pay a personal income tax anymore.
