When looking to move apartment in Moscow we stumbled across Moscow Rentals for Expats and were really happy with the service they provided. Our agent was cheerful, spoke fantastic English and ensured everything happened efficiently and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Hunting for a new home in a foreign environment can be extremely tough, especially when you don’t speak Russian. Thanks to Moscow Rentals, we managed to find a flat that satisfied our expectations and requirements. They were very helpful in arranging negotiations smoothly between landlord and tenant even though there were some unexpected difficulties in our case. Moscow Rentals, helped find us an apartment, we had been looking for weeks before through other agents, but couldnt find a good western apartment for a reasonable price. They sent us a portfolio of six properties which we were able to choose from. They were able to arrange viewing at short notice and we were able to sign on that night, with our agent writing the contract and translating for us. As we weren't moving in for three weeks, they made sure the keys we were given were the correct set, and have checked back since if we have settled in. Yes we had to pay fee, but compared to the other agencies I found moscow rentals were much more reasonable and are number one by a country mile.Would definitely recommend and plan to use their services again in the future.

We also were looking for a flat last December when we arrived in Moscow. We've been through a famous agency in first instance which proposed us 2 or 3 dozens of flats via pictures an we then visited a few of them noticing that the ones within our top 5 list were suddenly 'just rented' and not available anymore.....
However, one day, alleluia we are getting in touch with Moscow Rentals advised by friends already settled in town a while ago.
After discussing about our aim, they started to hunt the perfect match for us and they did so above expectations.
They found an awesome place, above our budget, but twice the size and twice the standing we could see so far. They negotiated the price with the landlord to match our budget, they worked out the rent contract for days with him to get our side as Safer as it could be, they supported us trough the payment process and assisted us to settle in. They got payed and even tho, they are still here for us for any assistance of any kind when needed.
In one word, if you want to settle by and found the best accommodation and service available in the market, think Moscow Rentals!

I wanted to share my positive experience in dealing with a housing agency here. Usually I refuse to use agencies when renting anywhere as I find them useless especially considering the commission I have to pay - however I found myself in a situation where I had to use one, so I chose Moscow Rentals. They were nothing short of Amazing! To be honest I couldn't believe how nice AND professional they were. Everything was arranged while I was not in Russia. They put in a lot of work to help me find something I would be comfortable in. I had no idea about Krasnogorsk or anything in the area, as I had only lived in Moscow before. I emailed them with a million questions which they kindly and patiently answered:) They provided me with all kinds of info, offered to meet me and show me around & even made a map of the area with stuff that was helpful to know. After all of this I ended up in quite an unpleasant situation with my employer who brought me here. I wasn't sure where I would be living as they were paying for this apartment, it was not a fun situation to say the least.. but Moscow Rentals offered their support to me through email & phone calls, a meeting was arranged & they smoothed everything over with my landlady.
They are the reason I have somewhere to stay in Russia right now! I can' believe I am saying this:):) I would absolutely use their agency again. Thanks so much!!!
