My wife and I were looking for an apartment in Moscow. Neither one of us speaks Russian (yet), and Ksenia was amazing in finding an apartment for us that fit our requirements and budget, and worked with us and the apartment owner to make the whole move a smooth experience.  

Next to finding a great apartment, our main concern was the ongoing proper registration during the lease. Ksenia was very familiar with this. Ksenia pre-screened owners who are willing to do this, and also explained to us the legal requirements. For our first registration, there were some hurdles, but Ksenia was on top of everything, even communicating with our prior hotel, to ensure that the registration got done properly.  

And of course Moscow Rentals helped with everything else: seeing properties, drawing up contracts, closing! And we can contact them for help during our lease. It is assuring to know that our agent is just a WhatsApp message away.

Moscow rentals offers an easy-going and excellent service, for any foreigner looking for an apartment in Moscow, and, based on my own experience, notably with Ksenia and Alexsander who work in the agency, I would highly recommend that anyone struggling to find an apartment in Moscow contact the agency.

Upon my arrival in Moscow, at the end of 2020, I was facing difficulties to find an apartment. I was particularly looking for an accommodation located in a specific area of Moscow, for a specific period of time, and with a serious and trustworthy landlord -in order to avoid previous issues that I had suffered with previous rentals in different cities. All these requirements, plus the language barrier and the extraordinary pandemic situation that we were all enduring, made finding an apartment especially challenging.

I found the website of Moscow rentals by chance and without having previously heard from the agency. Quickly after sending an email explaining my needs, I was contacted by Ksenia who offered me different options that met my requests. With Alexander, they offered me visits of different flats, always in the presence of the landlords. During the visits, we were able, all together, to check and discuss the accommodation condition, as well as the facilities and possible activities surrounding the place. All options offered to me were exactly what I was looking for, and I was always offered a friendly and fair opinion on the pros and cons (if there were any) of each location. After having made my choice, Ksenia took care of all the paperwork and tenant registration, and with Alexander, they checked that all services in the apartment were properly functioning, making my move-in the easiest and fastest possible.

I arrived in Russia without knowing how to speak Russian in the middle of pandemic and Moscow Rentals, more specifically Ksenia, really helped me in finding a really nice apartment. Hi, thanks to Moscow Rentals, I was able to find such great apartment rented by great owners) At first I was having trouble to rent this house as the owners insisted that it is only for family. I tried to ask for help from the agent but none was as helpful as this agency) Miraculously they managed to persuade the owners to rent the house for us. Plus, they didn't just stop helping after you get your apartment. I was getting lots of consult from my agent, even I had problems with another owner which is not related to our deal. Seriously you're looking at one of the best agent I had in my experience.
